This pie is a perfect blend of pumpkin and sweet potato that enhances the flavor. We spice it up with freshly grated ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon for warmth, cook it down to condense the flavor then strain it all to give this pie a velvety smooth finish.
Everyone who was a fan of just pumpkin pr just sweet potato and took the leap to indulged in this one, was pleasantly surprised. This pie is more than any ordinary pumpkin pie.
