Coming into February with Spread the Love pies! They are our little pies of the month that we can’t wait to share with you! It is 8 cherry raspberry pie wrapped up in a heart! These pie was inspired by the sweet Valentines we would give away at Valentines Day. We slowly simmer the fruit as to not burst there beautiful structure and condense the flavor with lemon juice, zest and a little bit of cinnamon for warmth. We then ass a little almond extract to bring out the cherries and drop it in a flaky all butter heart shaped crust crust.

Everyone month we present a new pie creation, along with a guessing game that starts 3 days leading up to the new month. First person to guess the flavors right, WINS a FREE PIE!
