Description
This is our January pie of the month that we are very excited about. It is a Blackberry Cinnamon Brie Cheesecake! This pie was inspired by the wrapped Brie you find on the table around the Holidays. It is sweetened with honey instead of sugar which complements the brie beautifully, allowing it to pop with flavor. We cream the honey and brie with eggs and cream to give you that gooey goodness and drop i it in a flaky all butter crust. We then top the pie with delightful blackberry pie filling, made with cinnamon! Pure magic!
Everyone month we present a new pie creation, along with a guessing game that starts 3 days leading up to the new month. First person to guess the flavors right, WINS a FREE PIE!
