Description
Oregon Mixed Berry
We take ALL the beautiful berries from Oregon; blueberries, blackberries, boysenberries, marionberries, raspberries, double golden raspberries, raspberries and strawberries, from this season and simmer them together low and slow, as to not rupture the berries, and bring out the flavor with a bit of cinnamon for warmth and lemon for brightness. We then encase this magical combo in an all butter crust with a braided lattice topping to bring a bit harvest into the winter.
