Description
We take the blueberries and blackberries from this season and simmer them together low and slow, as to not rupture the berries, and bring out the flavor with a bit of cinnamon for warmth and lemon for brightness. We then encase this magical combo in an all butter crust and lattice topping to bring a bit harvest into the winter.
