Description
This is a classic pecan recipe full of rich flavor with toasted pecans in a custardy deep flavored sugar filling in a flakey buttery GLUTEN FREE crust. Usually pecan pies are overly sweet and lacking flavor. For this pie we brown the butter first to give it a deep nutty flavor and pair it with dark brown sugar to enhance the rich molasses flavor. This is a beautiful silky, full of flavor pie that you wont want to miss for the Holidays.
