Heirloom Apple Pie (Thanksgiving)

Our Fall apple pie is a combination of heirloom apples we get from an orchard in Salem, and a mix of warm fall spices and a splash of lemon for brightness. Making it a tart as well as juicy delight between two classic all butter crusts.

All of our whole pies are $41 which includes a $5 deposit on each 9.5” glass pie dish

Description

Apple pie is always on our menu with a twist in every season. This Fall we are going with our classic Heirloom Apple made with the bright taste of Granny Smith apples and lemon, mixed with heirloom apples that we get from an orchard in Salem. All our apple pies have a mixture of spices in them as well. With this one we went  leaned into the warmth of fall spices of cloves, allspice, cinnamon and cardamom. It is a perfect combination of spice that enhances the natural fall apple flavors, with a dash a lemon for brightness. This pie is a treat baked between two all butter crusts!
