Apple pie is always on our menu with a twist in every season. This Winter we are going with softly spiced seasonal apples, topped with a crunchy, buttery crumb topping.
It is a perfect combination of warm spice that enhances the natural winter apple flavors, with a dash a lemon for brightness. This pie is a treat baked in a gluten free all butter crust and topped with a dutch crumble!
