Description
This pie is all about the Oregon Blubes! We and simmer them low and slow, as to not rupture the berries, and bring out the flavor with a little shredded granny smith apple to naturally thicken the mix. We add in a bit of cinnamon for warmth and lemon for brightness. We then jam pack the pie in an all butter crust and lattice topping.
