Ila La Rose: Raspberry Rose Chiffon

This is a very special pie. It was made in honor of Davey’s grandmother Ila La Rose, as she would make him raspberry jam every year. It is a beautiful bright pink raspberry chiffon made with our homemade rose syrup that we get right here in Eugene at Mt. Rose Herbs. We take fresh rasberries, mix them with our homemade raspberry jam nestling iin our classic all butter crust and topped with cardamom whipped cream! It was a featured pie of the month last year and people loved it so much, it is permanently on our menu. 

It is one for the books.

All of our regular whole pies are $41 which includes a $5 deposit on each 9.5” glass pie dish

*Orders can be picked up on Tuesday and Friday Mornings at Vero Espresso at 9:00 AM or at the Lane County Farmers Market on Saturdays 9am-1pm. Please provide pick up day preference in the NOTES of your order.
